This girl has a mind of her own. Be it any topic, Anubhuti would have something new to say or different to add. She adds another level to already crazy quotient at QC. She is dynamic in her work and enjoys projects that give her the independence to create from the start. Anubhuti likes to front end assignments and is able to work with client across levels. Anubhuti is also a good researcher… she can spend hours googling (her latest fad is Wikipedia)! Anubhuti’s passion lies in aspects of work life policies and corporate governance. |

Tanvi is known for her extremely politely worded follow-up mails which are capable of inducing severe guilt in those who have not completed their tasks. Whether she is planning your assessment center or an office event, she will take care of logistics completely, including – trust us – giving you a “time slot” for a bio break! |

If the office ever seems quiet to you, you can assume Swati isn’t in that day. Full of life at all times, she livens up the office no end. Her current passion, “Art of Living”, is obvious from pictures on her desktop, screen saver, ring tone etc. She can at one moment talk to you with the wisdom of a 40 year old and the next second giggle at a crazy joke. She seems to have found her calling at a young age! Swati is logical, analytical and committed. Behavioral assessment sounds too “wishy-washy” to her and she would rather stick to her numbers! Don’t be surprised if you catch Swati at an A++ Management institute next year. |

When you first meet Aakriti, you will think she’s the quietest person you have ever met. Be warned however; a tigress lives in this young lady. If you push her too far, you are likely to be put back in place! Known for her frequently changing hairstyles, Aakriti’s dream is to participate in “The Amazing Race Asia” (amongst other dreams, like being a radio jockey or a kick boxer). If Aakriti is telling you a joke, she needs 20 minutes to laugh herself, before she completes the story! Our vacation planner, Aakriti can drive any vendor “nuts” with her questions. |

The quietest person in QC, Shubhra has several facets to her personality. Her interests range from the works of Saaadat Hasan Manto and Ismait Chughtai to outdoor sports such as cycling, basketball and badminton, from theatre and offbeat cinema to trekking in the Himalayas as well as exploring wild life in the national parks/sanctuaries. Her passion is qualitative research. Shubhra is our treasure box –we are still discovering the gems! Seemingly a shy person, she can take you by surprise by taking on the wackiest of dares on an office outing! |

If Rahi could have her way, her occupation would read “Television Critic”. HR consulting comes a very close second however, so she’s not complaining – much. Rahi is opinionated and can argue with you over any topic. She can go miles to prove a point! She spends hours reading and writing on blogs, and her goal is to make the entire QC team start using technology and social networking more effectively in the next one year. You may see her in Politics 20 years from now! (Working with Rahul Gandhi). |

The new madcap in our team, Tshering likes to bestow the strangest of nicknames on people, with no rational explanation behind why they were chosen! Tshering has an extremely wacky sense of humor, and spending more than five minutes in her company is likely to make anyone go into splits. A complete extrovert, Tshering gets along with everyone and always knows what’s happening where. |

Graduation in Communication and Business Studies Master in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management (University of Warwick).
A complete nomad, Srijita has lived in four countries, and travelled to over thirty. She has lived through a war, survived the London bombings as well as a cyclone – and all in a little over two decades! The latest addition to the QC team, Srijita has aspirations to taking over the role of travel agent for us. In her words, she “does the normal things that people do” – goes for movies, hangs out with friends, and reads. She has recently made the move from the world of research and academia into consulting, and plans to stay here for a while to come (along with her travel agent role of course!). |
