OUR TEAM       Core Team Members Jyoti Grover     Jyoti has 18 years of total work experience. Before starting Quadrangle Consulting in the year 2000, she worked with SRF and Hewitt Associates. Jyoti is a certified executive coach , a World-at-Work trainer for India and Harrison Assessment certified assessor. Jyoti holds a graduate degree in psychology, an MBA & a Law degree. Forever bursting with ideas and concepts, Jyoti truly has a never-say-die approach to anything she does. She is the wind beneath our wings. Jyoti has a Degree in law, Masters in Business administration (Specialization in labor economics and Organization behavior) the list goes on… Jyoti loves to read anything and everything under the sun. She is spontaneous and candid in her dealings with people. Her zest, energy and enthusiasm are infectious. Jyoti is a wealth of knowledge… She can consult across domains and loves new challenges. If Jyoti had her way, we would be in 300 new business by now!   Radhika Bhalla     Radhika has 10 years of work experience. Radhika is an organizational psychologist, She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University. She is a qualified MBTI user and holds certification in Hogan Assessment (UK); Personality & Preference Inventory and 16PF. Radhika is the PAPI trainer for India. If it's a phone ringing in office, it has to be Radhika's. She is a great coach and counsels you for free whenever you need it. Her Positive attitude and pressure on meeting targets keep you going (sometimes running) at full efficiency. Radhika likes to play tennis and is usually a fitness freak. She loves to visit historical places and dreams of traveling the world. Radhika's "favorite projects" list keeps altering with every new project she does. Radhika is our “power point maker”, she is creative and enthusiastic. (Ps- she has still not found the topic for the Phd degree – she has been searching for 10 years now!)   Vijay Shukla     Vijay has close to 15 year of experience ranging form HR consulting to entrepreneurial business venture set up & management. He has worked with SAIL , Glaxo Smithkline Consumer Healthcare, E&Y HR consulting and has also set up a very successful company (Value First) before joining Quadrangle Consulting as a Principle Consultant. Vijay holds a BE degree from IT BHU and an MBA from XLRI. Vijay is focused, determined and very persistent. His entrepreneurial spirit keeps him busy with several projects and associations at any given time. Vijay is trying hard to get us to make money. He wants to scan all proposals to check the fee we quoted and is trying hard to break through our resistance to anything “canned”. He balances the otherwise “emotional” sentiment that we women share. Vijay likes to stay connected with people. If he is busy, his voice mail will talk to you!   Nirupama Sharma     Nirupama has close to 15 year of experience & has worked with Eicher Group, SRF, Naukri.com. She holds BE degree from DCE and an MBA from XLRI. Silent, accommodating and smiling – you would never imagine that she has such high levels of “intellectual energy”. Clients love Niru for her patience and nurturing work style. You can rely on Niru with your eyes closed. Niru is structured, organized and knows exactly what her output should look like. Nirupama uses her 15 years of line HR experience to deliver value on projects that involves policy design/implementation, compensation strategy and organizational design. Niru is currently working on a “mid-career life crisis” project. This is her contribution to the “ever increasing” service offerings of QC.   Soni     Graduate in Arts, Masters in History Soni is the backbone of the office- and also someone you will ALWAYS find in office. She is the anchor that put some brakes on our otherwise “nomadic consultant lives”.  She handles our administration and accounts section. Structured, organized and systematic – these would be the 3 adjectives that best describe Soni. She can get “nitt-picky” about expenses and remind you that a “pen costs 10 INR” . If Soni made your training material kit, you can be assured nothing is missing from the list you gave her. Soni creates our invoices and chases us to ensure collections happen. (Now you know who sends you those bills!   Deepika Chalasani     Deepika has 12 years of work experience. She holds a masters degree in management. Before heading our Hyderabad office, Deepika was leading the HR for Wipro BPO, Hyderabad. She has worked with ITC IBD & Mercer Consulting. We can’t believe that clients find her “meek”! That’s only the first impression though – Deepika can “catch your attention” on any topic, even before you know it! Her 10 years of “line experience” equips her with skills to manage “any species of the client”. She is our “Hyderabad Office” and loves her freedom and flexibility. Deepika has her hands full these days (with a small baby) but will be seen happily boarding flights in and out of Hyderabad. She claims that we have made her a “complete behavioral person” and misses her “compensation and recruitment” days!
