E-Tray is a suite of realistic inbox (in-tray) simulation exercises that help evaluate how an individual will perform in a given role.
These demanding assessments require participants to review and respond to the contents of a dynamic email inbox. Using E-Tray saves time and resources as it can be administered online and a large part of the scoring is automated. The exercises can be translated into multiple languages and cultural adaptations can be made to help you ensure that you apply a consistent and fair assessment approach internationally.
